Shipping policy

Shipping is FREE on all orders to customers within the continuous 48 states.

We don't want to mess around with fine print and extra charges, we like things to be simple and easy.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  

As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.  

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.  

We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  

If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us within four business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at support@immerseandrecover.com.

International Orders:

Please be aware that our products are made specifically for the [country of sale] market. This means that they require a [choose 110V or 240V] electrical system to function correctly. 

Our products have generally not been certified for use with other countries electrical safety standards but all of our products are certified to [country of sale] standards.

We will happily ship our fantastic products to international customers. Due to the extremely wide variety of product dimensions we will provide an up to date shipping price quote for you on request.

If you are happy with our shipping quote we will prepare an order and payment though our ultra secure online payment gateway.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.

If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging. 

If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to [email address], then visit our Returns page and lodge your return claim online.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.

Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our Return policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

Other Return Policy Notes:

  • If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product descriptions or in the product-specific return information.
  • Products that are specified as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for a return
  • Immerse and Recover only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.

At the moment, we are offering free shipping on most products to the lower 48 states in the U.S. No minimum order required! Check below for brand specific shipping policy.

Canada, Alaska and Hawaii Shipping cost is $475.00. 

 

Dreampod

-Free shipping only applies to U.S. contiguous states.

-We ship within 48/72 hrs of receiving payment.

-Shipping typically takes 5-8 days depending on location.

-Outside of the contiguous 48 states shipping will be case by case.

-Shipments are received curbside. We may offer additional white glove service for large pods.

-We use ABF and UPS for deliveries.

-The above information is only valid for stock in our U.S. warehouse.

 

Medical Breakthrough

-Free shipping only applies to U.S. contiguous states.

-Call for shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states.

Order Confirmation:

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and ready for shipment. This process can take up to 2 days.

If your item happens to be on backorder or is otherwise unavailable, we will let you know via email. Once your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will ship the order.

Order Shipment:

Your order will ship within the lead time we have posted on the product page (if available). We will email you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. 

If you do not receive tracking information from us by 3 days after the lead time posted on the product page has elapsed, feel free to follow up with us at support@immerseandrecover.com.

With the above being said, supply chains are still somewhat chaotic post COVID. 

Immerse and Recover will use their best efforts to manufacture, staff, and service to meet the scheduled delivery date(s). However, Immerse and Recover reserve their right to extend the delivery date/time if manufacturer is unable to perform or its subcontractors or suppliers fail to perform on time due to illness, supply shortages, or governmental restraints on business, travel, and/or assembly. In the event of such a suspension/delay, Immerse and Recover shall not be in default for failure to perform and shall not be liable for loss, damage, detention, or delay.

Most orders will be shipped by FedEx or UPS. Small items may be delivered by the US Postal Service or by the US Postal Service via FedEx SmartPost or UPS Surepost.

Larger items may be delivered via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or Truck Freight. Some orders may require 2 to 15 weeks depending on the item.

Notice: Couriers are currently experiencing volumes that exceed capacity.
Shipments may show delays between our shipment confirmation and their acceptance scan as they work through the volume.
We appreciate your patience and in waiting for the website tracking update. We do not have access into their systems.
We also anticipate delays during the holiday shipping period and ask that you please consider the above factors when planning your holiday shopping.


Some large or heavy items require additional shipping and handling charges due to the bulky nature of these products.

If an item requires additional shipping and handling charges, we will clearly mark this requirement on our website and in our catalog. In most cases, we charge a "flat" rate to ship these items.

No returns on made-to-order goods. No returns on custom features, NO EXCEPTIONS.
If a product is delivered incorrectly, it is the recipients responsibility to notify Immerse and Recover within 48 hours. Immerse and Recover is not responsible for incorrect or damaged packages and shipments 48 hours after they have been received.

International Orders:

All international Orders (except Canada) require special processing. When you are entering an International Order, please complete all the necessary information. We will get a shipping quote from one of our International carriers. We will contact you with the final charges for approval.

The order will not be shipped or charged unless it is confirmed by you. Please note: You will be responsible for any applicable taxes and/or duties that will need to be paid upon delivery.

Canadian Orders: We do not ship directly to Canada, however, we will ship to a US-based freight forwarder of your choice! We recommend you first contact the desired freight forwarder to obtain their shipping and receiving processes.

You will be responsible for all duties and tariffs on Canadian shipments, along with coordinating with the freight forwarder for delivery to final destination. Please call for assistance, otherwise, enter the shipping address provided by your US-based freight forwarder.

Damages:

ALL SHIPMENT SHOULD BE INSPECTED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. DAMAGED PACKAGES SHOULD BE REFUSED. If you notice any damage, you should note it on the freight bill when signing for delivery. Also, please take photos to document of the damaged parts of the product on arrival.

If your product is defective or sustains damage during shipping, please contact us at support@immerseandrecover.com right away. Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed.

If delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier’s bill. After contacting the carrier, please contact support@immerseandrecover.com for further assistance with the damaged shipment.

Please note, signing for your delivery without noting any damages or inability to inspect the delivery on the relevant paperwork legally states that you have received your freight in good condition and Immerse and Recover cannot be held liable for any damages, missing pieces, etc. that may be incurred as a result of this decision.

Leaving a note or instructions for the driver is considered to be the same as signing for your products in good condition.

If you authorize the freight company to leave freight without a signature, Immerse and Recover cannot be held liable for any damages, missing pieces, etc. that may be incurred as a result of this decision.

If you choose to sign for a visibly damaged please note on the relevant paperwork that you are signing for a damaged package; however, Immerse and Recover cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces for accepted via signature delivery.

Penguin Chillers

Shipping Information
Our website provides accurate shipping costs for the continental United States. Penguin Chillers also ships directly to Alaska and Puerto Rico for an additional charge (Contact us for accurate quotes). If you are outside of these areas, you will need to hire a freight forwarding company to handle your shipment.

Warranty Shipping Information
Shipping costs during a warranty claim are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer requests, we can assist them in getting a discounted return shipping label through our shipping contacts. However the customer is responsible for cost of this discounted shipping label. Because the customer assumes all risks for loss or damage during return shipment, we require all packages being shipped back to us be INSURED and properly packaged for safe transport. If your warranty claim is approved, Penguin Chillers will repair or replace the chiller at our discretion. We will then properly package and return ship the chiller back to you at no additional cost within the Continental 48 states. If the chiller is outside of the Continental 48 states, the warranty is considered voided.

Cancellations & Refunds:

We work with many different manufacturers and suppliers. Every one of them have different returns & Refund Policies.

Domestic (US Customers) Return Policy:

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

  1. If your product arrives damaged, we will ship you a new product at no cost.
  2. You can return the product for a refund less restocking fees within 30 days of delivery. Return and restocking fees of 30% apply. The restocking fee covers return shipping, cleaning if required, and repackaging of the product. The product needs to be in its original condition and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. If the product is not in its original condition and packaging it will NOT be accepted.
  3. Accessories and Wears are not eligible for returns. If accessories or wears arrive damaged please contact support@immerseandrecover.com 
  4. Any and all modifications to any products not authorized in writing by Ice Barrel Inc. are not eligible for returns and will be void from warranties.

International Customers (outside of US) Return Policy:

We do not accept any international returns for our products.

Domestic (US Customers) Return Process:

  1. Please contact support@immerseandrecover.com  for a return shipping label within 30 days of the order date.
  2. Shipment will be scheduled for pick up within 2-5 days of the label being sent. A party must be present for pickup.
  3. Once the product is received it will be inspected, if the return is accepted a refund will be issued within 1-2 weeks. The original payment method will be refunded less the 30% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Shipped” stage. Once it has entered the Shipped stage, the order may not be canceled. The entire order must be canceled, you can not cancel specific items. To cancel an order, please contact us at info@icebarrel.com. If your order is eligible to be canceled, Ice Barrel will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation. If you are unable to cancel an order because it has moved to the “Shipped” stage, you may return it as long as it meets the criteria listed above in our Return Policy.

 

Dreampod

All of the return and refund communication will be handled by the authorized retailer. (support@immerseandrecover.com)

The customer has a 30 day window from the date they received the item to return it for a refund.

The item must be unused and in the same condition they received it, including the original packaging.

They must include the receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect the item and notify you of receipt. We will provide you with an update of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If the return is approved, we will issue you a refund equal to the amount we received from you for this specific item, minus the shipping cost.

The customer is required to cover the cost of the shipping when returning an item. Shipping cost are non refundable.

A restocking fee of 20% of the sales will be charged to the client to cover any expenses that cannot be recovered due to the return.  

 Medical Breakthrough

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. If you cancel before the product is shipped, you will only be charged a 3.89% credit card transaction fee because that is what the credit card company charges us. If you cancel after the 24 hour period, then your sauna has already been shipped and you will be charged the cost of the outbound and returned shipping costs, regardless of what promotion was offered when you purchased the sauna.

There are no refunds for custom saunas because everything has to be special order. Custom saunas cannot be cancelled after the 24 hour period because we already ordered testing dates and supplies to make your custom sauna so it gets delivered in a timely manor and heats up properly.

 

Custom Job Orders: There are no cancellations or returns on
made to order or custom jobs.

To cancel an order, reply to the confirmation email you received when you placed your order online. Just tell us why you need to cancel and we will process it as soon as we can. 

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to an administration fee, regardless of whether your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the credit card that you used when placing your order.

Cancelation Policy

Please note any orders cancelled within their lead time, prior to shipping, will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

 

Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 21 days of original shipment. All returns must be pre-approved prior to shipping your item back to us. All returned items must be in their original condition, with original packaging. A 20% stocking fee applies to all approved returns. When returning a product for a refund, you are responsible for paying all shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. There are no refunds available on custom ordered products or chillers.

Refund Process
If upon receiving and inspecting a returned product, it is found to not be in its original condition, the return is subject to rejection. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. All refunds may take up to 14 days to process the paperwork and issue your refund.
